a U.S. corporation, is the parent company of the operating subsidiaries
described below. These subsidiaries are engaged in the development
of facilities for the aviation industry as well as airport hospitality
interests.
We are third-party developers
who understand how our clients make their decisions internally. We
assist them in meeting their short- and intermediate-term needs while
giving them the flexibility to change within their own markets. Airis accommodates the unique financial requirements of each project
and often absorbs much of the financial risk, including interest
rate risk, and all of the construction risk. We have also proved
successful in forging new financial mechanisms that integrate well
with governmental regulatory structures.
